Planning on repainting your home?

Prior to any changes to your home all HOA members are required by CCR to submit an Architectural Application to the board.

Selling or Buying a Home?

Sellers are required to inform HOA board that a sale is in progress.  Once escrow begins an application and administration fees must be submitted to La Habra Crest HOA to for account setup and release of CCR to buyer.
