La Habra Crest elections are held in Mid -August of each calendar year.

Call for candidates process is now through July 22, 2024
Board meets in person on a quarterly basis plus along with any emergency sessions. Estimated commitment is 3-4 hours per quarter.

Call for Candidates - cutoff date 7/15/2024
Election Ballots delivered to Homeowners by 7/31/2024
Mail back completed sealed ballots by 8/10/2024
(we will also have a locked voting box at 1616 Agave starting 8/1/2024)
Election results on TBD in August @Ice Cream Social - Papyrus Park or Agave Park TBD
Note: We encourage all homeowners to vote, we must get a majority quorum
of voters to officiate/declare winners in the election per CCR.
